Do you know where on the web I might find the technical specifications for the scanner?
I can hear a very clear "Hello" but not Clayton. I think the scanner requires a bit of familiarisation from my side, listening to EVPs is very different.

The radio Kenda is using is a converted am/fm portable radio.
There are several models of radios that can be converted for this purpose.

There are also instructions and videos on youtube for other models available online by doing a search for ghost box conversion.
Some people opt to purchase a P-BS7.
Still, others like to play around with ghost box apps for smart phones. One is called SpiritVox.
