Hello Steve,
You do not need the microphone and tablet shown in the picture you posted.
The software in your updated link is correct.
SeaWave 2.0 is the latest free version spectrogram software.
Click the link titled Download SeaWave installation package to begin the download.
Since different audio clips react differently in SeaWave, you might want to check out the following links for settings that other members have used:
