I showed this image to a friend and here is his comment:
"Might be my pain killer addled brain doing the seeing of what's not there Doc, but to me it looks like there is a steering wheel under the "chin" with the left hand grasping the rim at the 11 o'clock position. Could be this "living impaired" person "bought it" in a car accident, they sure don't look happy."
After looking at it again closely I also see the steering wheel and hand in position.
He made the same comment as Pol's regarding the expression being unhappy.
I also just realized a trend in cars showing up recently.
Something else to look into for me.
