A most curious phenomena.. how poltergeist activity has been associated with girls (predominantly?) going through puberty.?.. (as mentioned in video)
I was about the same age as the teenage girl in video - when I experienced a (one time only) poltergeist event whereby I was in my bedroom doing homework& heard newspapers in the living room being wildly strewn about - there was no-one else home or any windows open, or pets around.
However I don't recall telling anyone about it at the time.?
