Great info! I had no idea Bill ended up in a mental institution. This supports my theory in a way but it is again, just my opinion.Bill ended up at Torrance State Hospital in Derry Pa.
I need to ask Mark Macy why he didn't end up with the system. What a shame!!

He was diagnosed as being bi-polar with schizophrenia.
He was in the military, but, they didn't catch it way back then.
But, it may have been latent and it may have been due to his dabbling with psychic mediumship, and/or the Spiricom machine.
