 Hello Ray,

                 I do hear the "no" response to your first question. At the end of your clip I am hearing similar to Neil's interpretation but with a twist,  between 24.3085 and 26.4749 I hear "i'm_here_to_hear".  There is something before this phrase that is unclear to me.

I have in the past captured very good EVP within birds chirping, "they"seem to know what energy is the best available at the moment to make contact.
