Could you please provide some more info on "streaming".
If you are talking about online ghost cams, there are quite a few to look at.
If you are referring to a radio bridge type of streaming like the kind Kieth used to offer on this site, I haven't found any.
If you are looking to listen to upper frequencies to listen for evp's, you might want to check out this site:
http://www.websdr.org/
Click on the various links for the various frequencies and you will be able to listen and adjust the frequencies.
